Bonn’s old walls block the signal
A large part of Bonn’s housing stock was built before the 1960s: solid brick or stone walls, sometimes reinforced concrete. Wi-Fi loses a lot of strength passing through those walls.
A repeater usually makes it worse
A repeater cannot receive and send at the same time – it roughly halves the available speed, and it simply repeats a weak signal.
Measure first, then place
What actually works is measuring where the signal drops, then placing a proper access point in the right spot, connected by cable. Full speed in every room instead of another blinking box.

You stay in control. You start a small program, give us a session number, and you watch everything we do on your own screen. You can stop at any moment, and the connection ends when you close the program.
We never call you unasked. If someone claiming to be from Microsoft or your provider calls you out of the blue, hang up – that is a known scam.

Privacy law here is strict. You may film your own property, but not public paths, your neighbours’ property or shared areas of an apartment building. As a tenant you will usually also need your landlord’s permission. We set camera angles and privacy zones before anything is mounted.
